What kind of statement is that? If the subs dont have time they dont have time, I seriously doubt its because of the travel time rofl

Each team is required to have 3 subs listed... Not sure if they are allowed to have more than that though.

On a weekend, how are they prioritizing if they don't have the time? ;S Why are they subs if they don't make time for the weekend in advance just in case? How do you think that's acceptable?
If they aren't getting any compensation that's different but then it's the organization's fault.

Teams are only required to have 2 subs, they can have up to 5.

You have to understand they most likely get nothing or peanuts for being a sub. Can't really just "cancel any plans just in case" when this is the case. It's the fault of the organization for not valuing subs enough.
