I wouldn't say anticlimactic, WE coming back from being down is technically more exciting than Fnatic crushing early and winning. Although I guess it depends on who you are rooting for. Willing suspension of disbelief got bursted pretty hard when SoaZ died for the 3rd time trying to splitpush with no vision, especially since the very first one showed him he can't 1v1 Irelia. It's anticlimactic because it's a case of what I'd call Fnatic throwing more than WE coming back (not saying they didn't play it well, mind you). Can't even say "What a great play!", just "Man SoaZ is dumb, reminds me of HSGG". :/ Killed the mood for me because it looked like the level dropped suddenly after the crisp execution from earlier.

Now, they need to not fuck up their pick/bans again for the third straight time. Jesus Christ, they are getting outpicked every game (i.e. Misaya, Caomei and ClearLove need to master more champions and be more versatile).

Dying near your turret within the first few levels in the top lane is a death sentence. Being the most snowbally lane + the fact that he died near his tower (losing tons of EXP + farm) meant that irelia constantly would shove the lane to the tower. With the lane shoved constantly to the tower, soaz had to be at his own tower to last hit; therefore, making him unable to roam + play aggressive (his style). Fnatic's dive comps all depend getting an early advantage so that their top/mid lanes can shove the wave to opponent's turret, allowing top/mid to roam, and then creating 4v3, 3v2 turret dives in other lanes. EDIT: Soaz really should have sniffed out that something was up when at the first trade at soaz's tower, irelia dove into the tower to take damage. no top lane would ever do that as irelia unless she had backup or was attempting to lower her health to get a stun off. if fnatic's jungle was there, she was have been taunted and gg'd. he made a mental error by assuming irelia backed after taking damage from 1 shot from the tower and facechecked into the bush..

That's easily correctable, getting caught a few times doesn't make his raw mechanical play any less impressive. I mean I realize it hurts his "rating" overall, but it's not like he gets caught out every game. He's no XiaoXiao. He had a bad tournament. Everyone has one occasionally. It's good that WE has been able to pick up the slack. Which is funny because for a "bad" tournament he's still regularly outplaying other ADCs teams have also been putting a lot of effort into shutting him down and slowing his farm down it's not just wx randomly sucking :3 In lane yeah, but there have been quite a few "questionable" mid game decisions, such as him jumping on the low health Olaf earlier this game, despite putting him in the middle of fnatic. imo, fzzf doing a great job keeping the bot ganks as weak as possible. caomei real mvp though, his irelia so scary. Caomei arguably the second most-improved pro player from Season 1. First being DLift. Cyanide makes a good contender for #3, TBH. He's done decently here compared to being Fnatic's laughingstock jungler season 1 that got thoroughly outplayed by Saint and TOO.
