Alright, we're going to call it a day with all the Thorin drama, guys. I figured if it was about SI, onGamers, TSM, etc, it had some relevance to League but somehow you guys managed to devolve the discussion into an issue about race of all things.

That, and Morgana support rose to dominance, and Morg counters Vi pretty hard. You snare her whenever she Qs in to gank, or pop your ult and force Vi to either blow flash to run or get a guaranteed stun on her.

I don't know what champs are out there currently that could become hipster FotM. Maybe TF, possibly Ezreal... Aatrox I think also has potential. Ashe is still decent, Kennen and Rumble I think can be good AP top laners again if the meta shifts away from lane swaps. Lissandra could also be decent I think, Zac's probably one small buff away from being relevant again. Diana just needs Moonblade on SR to be good, instead of it only being TT and Dominion.

Ezreal: You could just play Corki or Lucian. Pretty sure the LMQ adc likes Ez.
TF: How is he not FOTM? Sees a lot of play in OGN
Aatrox: Personally I don't see why he isn't played right now, E is good for 2v1 and Q lets you farm ala max E shyv
Ashe: No
Kennen/Rumble: Kennen was popular in the press-R meta and Balls has been playing more Rumble recently

I think so? The bug fix on his Q and leap from bushes was needed and stops the instagib feel, but you can still 100-0 champs in like .5s. Now you see yourself dying instead of just gray screen followed by Rengar standing where your corpse is.

I tried the Karthus. His Q cooldown is correct, despite what Scarra said. I kept casting Q for 20 seconds and only got 19 casts off. It's not 0.6 seconds cooldown as some people claimed.

With the purple side bug fixed, I could see Rumble becoming very strong. Hasn't he had a pretty high win rate on blue side since his buff?

Did riot address drophacking yet? I've had two games today where I'm drophacked right when we're winning and we all dc and lag and then we lose. This is freaking frustrating as hell.

New Karthus is insane. If you can land Q, he's got to have one of the best single-target DPS in the game (grammar is terribad here, but you know what I mean). Combined with Kha6 nerf, he's a good jungler right now (though I only played two games with him, but it feels good).
The VU for his Q helps a lot, it also feels a lot more powerful, like you're throwing a land mine under them instead of a whoopee cushion. It feels smoother like I can almost orbwalk, though I don't know if that's an actual programming change.

Largely because of the rise of utility mids. Assassins are a lot weaker in the meta because its harder for them to blow people up. Vi became popular because she could lock down people and with her decent damage + assassin that would be near garunteed. Now it's harder for the assassin to lane in general, causing their frequency to drop, leaving Vi's strength as a ganker out in the cold. Then, the popularity of Thresh/Leona giving rise to Morgana puts her in a spot where her early game is weaker and shuts her out of mid/late teamfighting and relegates her to setting picks.
Everything else has high damage and moderate effective cc to the point where they make up for a utility's shield or heals. Like a lot of champions, in a vacuum she's a quality pick, but in the meta she doesn't quite fit.
