Seriously? People are upset over that? I don't get it. I could understand if it was an actual revolutionary style strategy but some old s1 strat that everyone knows about. Roam Taric isn't new..it's been on and off used for ages. You'll excuse me if I find this whole "drama" lacking in importance. I mean if you really think it would of made any kind of difference in the outcomes of the bracket for Dignitas, whatever makes you sleep better at night duders.
What a terribly uninteresting bit of drama.. It's quite condescending to Dignitas to simply lump their strategy as simply being 'roaming taric'. Frankly your entire post reeks of ignorance. For example, Dyrus told us TSM lost to their strategy 4 times in a row, and noted it for being very difficult to adapt to. It's painfully obvious that had this strategy not been leaked there would have been a significantly higher chance of Dignitas winning their first game, and then who knows how the group pans out? As for you finding the drama to be lacking in importance, I would suggest that is you being out of touch with much of the community and competition in general. For a sporting example, Kevin Pietersen was kicked out of the England team for even allegedly contacting the opposite team and giving them advice. Here, Dyrus has freely admitted he leaked what Dignitas were planning to do to their opponents. Let's not even go into what happened to Azubu Frost and the comparisons that can be drawn here. I can't believe I'm having to explain why this has importance to the community. I am out of touch simply because it boils down to people looking to anyone else other then Dig's poor play for the fact they didn't play as good as the other guys. So you'll excuse me if I am not too keen on giving them a pass and putting the blame on Dyrus for telling wickd what does in fact amount to roam taric and a bruiser middle. How disturbing of you to think that Dig would of won versus CLG.EU anyway? That's pretty disingenuous towards just how well CLG.eu has played and how well they did in the S2 finals. But I digress, no it's not as big of a deal as you think it is. If Dig is honestly blaming this as the reason they didn't win I wouldnt' expect much out of them in S3. I don't think anyone but the most hardcore Dig fanboys think Dig would've definitely won their match against CLG.eu regardless. At most, it would've given them a fighting chance and not a one-sided stomp.
Dignitas didn't blame their strat being leaked for the reason why they lost. Scarra and IWD did mention it in their post-game interviews, but they also said that the main reason for their loss was tilt and bad play. In fact, I think it's rather professional of Dignitas to not have said ANYthing about Dyrus leaking their strats. The only reason Dyrus comes out and apologizes now is 'cause of w/e possible guilt and being outed by a non-Dignitas member of the LoL community.

For a potential opportunity at hearing rage. I think Curse is scriming against TD with vent, on Saint's stream.

nvm i'm dumb :D let the raging commence!

The point is, it's pointless. Nothing changes if Dyrus said anything or not. Everyone pretty much agrees with that right? Good.
I am not going to deal in "what if.." scenarios. People really think .eu didn't have rune pages for odd champion comps versus dig the guys known for doing crazy stuff to cheese brackets? Dig had a strategy it wasn't solid enough or good enough to win a game. That's that.
Also good on Dig for seemingly not caring about it too much if that's the case because they know more then any of us the mistakes they made.
Also good for Dyrus for admitting he did something he felt bad about. It's not nearly as bad as people think it is but I will admit it's not something you should go around doing and no one really thinks he did it on purpose or with malicious intent do they?

Ah, that's golden. Can't wait for the "fucking kids of hell are raping you son" directed to Elementz. Thanks for the call!

i see the workings of a tiamat on that sivir
edit: nvm he did something... different/bad

I don't think there is a pro that dies 1v1 more frequently than Westrice.

Haha, Saint calls are the greatest. Lets baron, proceeds to have it stolen with his smite up. Yo Westrice tp on this ward we can get Corki. Saint dies losing oracle, westrice kills Corki surviving sub 200 health.

huh people actually care that dyrus leaked this stuff? Dick move but that's the risk of having a strat you need to keep secret, when you show it to someone they'll probably talk. Nerd rage is like fire, it constantly seeks out and leaps onto even the smallest nearby piece of kindling to keep itself burning.

Who are their practice partners you ask? TEAM SOLOMID. I'm sure TSM had some strats prepared that Dig didn't leak.

I swear, I'm not sure whether it's just me happening to see the games in which Saint gets baron stolen but, from what I've seen, Saint is one of the most frequent "get baron stolen" junglers in the pro-scene. This seems to happen so much, even back when he was in CLG.

Yep, saint's well known for his #1 fail smites. Westrice is known for dying 1v1 for no reason, lol. And the corki kill was like: west:"tp is up" saint: "tp bot and we kill this corki, come tp now tp" west doesn't tp saint engages west finally tp's after 5 seconds saint dies westrice kills corki
lolol

Whether results were affected is not the point. What if lance armstrong was good enough to win without performance-enhancing drugs anyway? Doesn't matter, he's still banned for life. He didn't get punished because he altered the results of a race, he got punished for using PEDs regardless of whether any results would have been different. This isn't as severe a case since no actual rules were broken but it was still unethical, regardless if clg.eu would have won anyway or not.

Actually, I cared a lot lol There's a certain level of integrity that comes with being a practice partner, especially as top tier teams
Sure, there are no official rules, legal obligations or anything, but do you really want to be that guy, or that team, that does something like that? Especially at an event like the World Championships?
From what link told me, Dignitas was on tilt their entire group stage, hence their 0-3 outcome

Some really nice play from mMe vs CLG black. Mandatorycloud playing bruisers mid all day long, doing lots of work!

Wing's playing urgot top vs. Singed. He's talking it up like its a real thing? Is it?
Nope not a thing. Get solo'd Froggen picks up scraps.

Nope not a thing. Get solo'd Froggen picks up scraps. It's pretty amusing, but a lot of the deaths were him misplaying out the fights. the botlane Brand was pretty teh lulz, I thought he was gunna go AD.

I don't think people should care too much. But yeah, obviously people care. Teams are rightfully gonna be hesitant to scrim with TSM knowing that Dyrus leaked Dignitas strats. I wouldn't blame Dig for not wanting to scrim them ever again.

This whole drama is the most boring one we had in ages.. pretty sure plenty of informations like this fly around the pro scene "this guy has been practicing X champion and doing well beware" ect and dyrus gets all that shit cause he leaked a roaming taric strat? yeah let's all go apeshit on the korean soloqueue strats and don't start on the "it's way deeper than that" if dyrus can reveal a strat in 2 sentences it is surely not meta breaking. One thing is leaking a strat before a championship, giving the other team time to elaborate and perfect a counter strat/comp resulting in baiting the cheese comp and stomping it with a prepared counter plan. a completly different thing is saying "yo dis guys won by roaming taric before" dyrus is an ass for leaking it, but it just didn't seem that important to him, and that's because it wasn't
