is there only a single spot in IPL5 up for grabs? This qualifyer is absolutly stacked.

Yea 1 spot for the Koreans. Dual tournament format for group stages. I watched all the games live with Tasteless casting but from what I've seen on their YT channel they've started casting them in english too.
I really hope GOMTV does more LoL after this qualifier thought I can't really see how they will fit in with OGN hosting the big tournament and season 3 right around the corner.

I was told that it is called MOBAR. I wanted to organize maybe one for the ipl qualifier Finals.
Depends on if I need to work or not which will be decided in a few days.
Just wanted to make sure that GOM is okay with that.

Great match, CJ entus played much beyond my expectations especially spaceyy he was fantastic on Karthus but ambition Orianna farm 2GD and CptJack is far too sexy on kog'maw to be stopped.

CJ didn't have the experience to capitalize on their early advantage but that was a great showing.

Also the new top for blaze is pretty damn good, solid performance on nidalee who seems to be making a massive comeback thanks to stanley.

Don't know how to feel after a game like this. CJ played a good game but I feel Blaze are at least one level below Frost, Sword and maybe other Korean teams.
I'm happy Nidalee is played more often by Asian teams, it's been my main since forever and I always thought she was strong, even when almost no one was playing her in tournaments.

More annoying than strong. She lanes well, split pushes like a bitch and often forces you to choose between defending or pushing. With the super strong defenders advantage of LOL this is just annoying to deal with; enemy team can even defend 4v5 depending on comp.
If anything CJ showed they are really not up there with the top of Korean teams yet; their playstyle this game reminds me of Najin Sword and WE. But not quite the same level.

i think blaze is stronger than frost.
you can't fault CJ for that game, they played excellently around karthus ultimate. however blaze's damage estimation and teamfight execution around their summoners was superior

They're probably the two oldest Korean teams in LoL. Both started out as a single team of old school (beta) players. Azubu was Maximum Impact Gaming (MiG), NaJin was Extreme Dive Gaming (EDG). Both got sponsors and additional players.
For Azubu and Najin, I wouldn't exactly call either group having an A or B team, they're all fairly strong.

Perhaps. I feel sword's bot lane is stronger but when Maknoon gets camped they lack someone who knows how to initiate properly and play like they're lost. Also Maknoon feels like one of those "snowball" players where they do well if they're on a roll and do extremely badly if they are on the back foot.

Ha you thought you could actually catch an ezreal? I didn't like how shield split their attention they could have easily scored a kill but only nunu went after ez while shen and kog went for lulu.

The Maokai + Lulu ult did a lot of work, Maknoon may have been rich but he hadn't back for awhile, with probably around 3k gold (he bought randuin's off of cloth armor, and then a negatron on top of it when he died), and he still tanked a lot before falling.

Anivia's popularity owes a lot to Froggen, since she wasn't that picked before. He abused her so much that her advantages could not be denied, but she isn't a mid that meshes well with all comps, and not everyone can play her to the extent that he does. So NA/EU mids took from him but the Korean prefer to stick with what works for them I guess. It seems that they prefer more mobile/pressuring mids too. Not saying that Anivia can't roam, but she doesn't have the speed boost for Orianna, nor her clearing efficiency w/o blue.

In the Tales of the Lane tournament (most top EU teams participating) Orianna and Katarina were also the most popular mids. After that came Ahri, Zilean and Nidalee. Not a single Anivia pick or ban.
Both Kata and Ori seem way too strong atm.
