I like how "having a positive impression of shikyo" and "the world is about to end" just started to become metaphors for each other. Sidenote: EU down again. wat. u srs?

However, what really irked many of us was your attitude. You came in here like "I'm a 2k Elo Player". That basically means you're saying you're really legit and pro and therefore you really understand how things work. You then propose things that many good players here on TL would not consider to be optimal. You also don't provide replays or match histories for us to view. A post of this quality is like someone posting in the SC2 Strategy Forums with a post along the lines of: "Hey guys, I'm a Grand Master Player Top 100 NA and ZvT is so easy because I just rush Ultra and don't make lings and it wins me games. Thoughts?" with no supporting evidence. I will give an example with your Irelia suggestions. Irelia plays as a tanky burst assassin. This is supported by not only the math of her burst damage but the design of Irelia from the Design Team themselves. If you do the math, Irelia at lvl 6 has comparable burst damage to Annie, even rivalling Annie. You want to get in, burst someone, get out and be tanky. Rageblade is bad because if you are right clicking on someone, you're not taking advantage of your burst. You don't spam spells enough to keep all 8 stacks up and if you have time to right click on someone to gain stacks, then you're playing Irelia sub-optimally. Either that, or you didn't buy the items to let you burst someone down fast enough and now you're not that useful in teamfights anymore. That's why Sheen is so good. It makes your burst so much scarier. Rageblade is an item that is only efficient if you can keep lots of stacks constantly up before you enter a teamfight. Irelia can not do that. She also doesn't need huge amounts of AP and AD to be a threat. Trinity is generally enough to become nuts. If you can give evidence to the contrary, then by all means I am willing to watch a replay or something. If you're not actually 2k Elo and have had success with this build and want further advice or just want to talk about how it works at your level, that's also okay. But don't post things like that and not expect to be called out on it if you can't back it up.

But don't post things like that and not expect to be called out on it if you can't back it up. This post makes me want to respond, even though I previously said that I no longer wished to post. I did not want to come into this discussion and say "i'm really good and you are all really bad, you're doing it wrong." I mentioned my ELO because I know that many guides written on sites like Leaguecraft are written by people who mainly play normal games and ranked games at low ELO, and I suppose I wanted to gain an amount of credibility by mentioning it. I never stated that my ideas were superior to other people's, I simply said that I was having quite a bit of success with a certain build and wanted to gain some input. In my opinion, 2k ELO is roughly equivalent to a master league sc2 player - still an amateur. However, I can understand people not taking any of my thoughts seriously since I have not posted my account, and I will not be posting it in future. The reason I don't post it is the same I don't post my real name or my sc2 account on Teamliquid, and I'm sure most people understand the mentality of Internet privacy. I don't consider myself an incredible LoL player, just like I don't consider myself an amazing bw or sc2 player, I simply love to play these games and discuss these games. I understand the priority on corroboration in this forum, and I'll try not to post in my previous manner again, as mods/people have reminded me. However what I do not understand is the outstanding response to my posts - instead of making any semblance of discussion, many people responded with outright rejections of my ideas. That might be because some of them are "out there" with respect to the conventions of LoL, but genius is one step away from insanity, right? (note: I'm not calling myself a genius, I'm saying that I enjoy thinking out of the box.) MoonBear, thank you for responding in a reasoned manner, you're awesome. ![]()

All you had to do was tell us what your summoner name is; we would have looked it up, seen that you were legit, and then listened to you. Instead, you're still dodging the question.

Look. Boundless. I have no doubt that you are not a 2k player. We dont give a fuck that you suck at this game. But dont fucking come into our house and try to pull im "Im 2k these are awesome builds" with what is, quite frankly, shit that wouldnt even fly at 200 elo. Had you just come out and admitted that you are not 2k this wouldnt be a big deal. But we have numerous players who ARE 2k here. All of them have laughed at you and the shit you posted. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Yet you still try to maintain and keep up the facade. You have no credibility and, quite frankly, will never have any after this.

Now your just being ridiculous. "The mentality of internet privacy!?!?" You already post using one pseudonym. Why is it so hard to share the one you use to play lol with? Look. Boundless. What possible benefit for me is there to just sit here and post to incite rage? If you read the long post, I actually specifically stated my intentions. Now, since people have stated that they don't want to discuss my ideas, and I don't want to sit here constantly explaining myself, I propose a new topic: DH group B. Edit: I think it's very interesting that people like to dig for information that I posted around. Motivation?
