It is when your champion 10000000000% relies on completely dominating her 1v1 in order to be somewhat useful in the game. There's also 1/14/15 if you want movespeed. The biggest benefit of 9/0/21 is having your ult up 6 seconds faster in my opinion. And ghost and smite/exhaust/cleanse. Offense tree is really quite helpful on Mundo, to the point where I could legitimately see 21/0/9 on him. Lucky crit at level 2 for 250 damage! | ||

Well, the only evidence that we had that he didn't recive a warning was his original post, and judging by the overall veracity of that, I wouldn't be suprisied if it was ALL lies. | ||
