Couldn't score one point vs the Big 4 (China, Korea, EU, NA) To be fair: No one scored a point against China and Korea. But after the first round it seems to be quite clear cut: Korea/China >> NA/EU >> Rest. I hope the rest of the tournament is going to be closer.

Group B is gonna be tough(MVP Black, TNL, Dignitas, Naventic). If the Koreans advance then C9 is our only hope.

Naventic had a really, really poor showing today, so they have to get their A game tomorrow or they'll definitely end up 0:2 in series. Especially since they are up against MVP Black first. If they do bring their A game, they might have a chance, though it'll be close. 2:0 for MVP Black or 2:1 if Naventic brings the A game. With how good MVP Black played against TNL before, I have no doubts they'll win that match if it comes to that. Against Dig I see trouble for them, because they are even worse against the unexpected than other Korean teams. Mechanically far superior, but they need time to adapt, time they don't really have. I predict: DIG vs TNL 2:1 MVP.B vs NVT 2:0 DIG vs MVP.B 2:1 TNL vs NVT 2:0 MVP.B vs TNL 2:0 DIG and MVP.B advancing.

I knew Korea was really strong, but China's growth was really impressive. So far the "global meta" favours Thrall, Zagara and Xul as first picks and bans. Quite interesting. Guess its kinda like the old healer meta when they got banned and had priority on picks because there was a lack of support. But now its super laners with awesome teamfight potential. edit

Take this with a pinch of salt. The meta has shifted a lot since the patch, and this is played on the previous patch. Consequently it is very 'legacy meta'.

Right! of course. its more interesting than useful ^^' interestingly, korean teams don't seen to like zagara and specially Xul as much.

The things teams are making work are pretty amazing. Definitely not the kinda thing you could pull in Hero League. The comp the other day with solo tank Tyrael with Sylvanas and Kharazim and Thrall and someone else was awesome.
