No, it was directed at the jury. She didn't stop the prosecutor from doing it, just telling the jury that as for how to apply the law, they need to use the instructions provided by the Court, not the attorneys. | ||

Ah, well that amounts to mostly the same thing, she is just telling the jury "Now kid, I will explain that to you as well, so you should listen to me when it happens" By objecting, the Defense pretty much handles the issue. The jury knows there was likely something off base with the DA discussing reasonable doubt and they will listen to the judge. | ||
