Pretty funny how after the second objection he tells the witness "Hey, all these questions apply only in the framework of what you would teach your class." Then he goes right back to what he was doing. The prosecutor must have been crying inside.

I looked through the op, but may have overlooked it, so I'm gonna ask: has anybody compiled a list with names of all the important people in the courtroom?
I just started to watch the trial a few days ago and sometimes it's hard to keep up with what name belongs to what group.

Did the defense manage to co-opt this witness as well?

For a real fright, read the comments. Every one would be bannworthy on TL.

Fortunately TL is not the universal arbiter of free speech.

Everytime I hear that fox news interview I cringe. What the hell was going through his mind to say he doesn't regret what happened that night and that it was gods plan. I feel so uncomfortable hearing him say those lines. If I EVER have and doubt, its from that interview.

If I EVER have and doubt, its from that interview. That is a quote that every defense attorney fears and turns their blood to ice. Nothing better than a client that is willing say it was god's plan. Those are things you never want a jury to hear.

The "gods plan" bit is kind of kooky, but if he truly acted in self-defense, he shouldn't have any regrets. You have to be able to live with yourself after something like that, and getting torn up over something you did in order to save your own life won't get you anywhere.
Granted, I probably wouldn't say as much in an interview on national TV.

attorney tech support, pls make it stop.
edit: they are just using his personal skype account... lol?? 4chan ddos inc?
edit2: someone keeps calling ROFL. He's still just on 'available' or 'green'.

EDIT: Actually do people who have looked up the IP of that Skype id now have the IP address that the presentation laptop uses? Surely that is not wise. Did they not consult someone with technology expertise before doing this?

Clearly they didn't otherwise they could have dodged most of this.

That was one of the most funny thing I've ever seen in my life. It is just so fitting with this case as a whole. Good times.

This reminds me of school and old teachers + technology. It's golden.

Yeah the best part might have been the crowd of attorneys gathering around the laptop dumbfounded with the judge cackling in the back 'guiz wats wrong wif phone, guiz please use new phone!!'
My god, that was the greatest.

I think the states original intentions was to show the frustrations of Zimmerman trying to become a Wannabe cop, now one of his teachers stated that it was to become a prosecutor
