I used to do rock climbing, but this stuff is way safer, as long as nothing breaks, you are fine. Wind or lightning can be minimized by good planning and you are actually supposed to be able to climb up there, as opposed to mountains and rocks

That means that you never have to risk and you are always touching the structure with 3 limbs, which is the safe way to climb.

Ehhh my palms got sweaty just watching that but it really doesn't look much harder than climbing a ladder or doing some shuffling on a ledge....only it's a lot higher up. So if the height doesn't really scare you and you're physically fit don't think it should be much of a problem.

But man, those handrungs look really flimsy. The movie doesn't show what they actually fix though. Imagine getting all the way up there, then accidentally dropping your pliers or your wrench or something LOL!

honestly this looks like a really fun job, not to come in as a badass, but imagine how amazing it is seeing that view almost every day, and climbing up.

it would be really fun the second time you did it i bet.

but going down is another story

I enjoyed watching that. On a day with no wind it'd be pretty kickass to be so high up.

I had working at heights training at work, during which we learned to walk on 8m high racking, with safety lines and all that, it was scary at first, but I got used to that. My instructor was totally fearless, guess you just get used to this kind of things...
