And without everyone else maphacking/chickening so you could actually compete against legit people while being legit. No jsp would be nice too so some people aren't automatically rich at the beginning of a ladder reset. That is the true spirit of hardcore TBH. Long gone. lol jsp is the best site ever, theres so many scammers on it recently though, now it just fails

They are probably completely independent events. Aside from Blizzcon tickets, making sure your Battle.net account has the checks to signify you are willing to beta test is probably the only thing that may increase your chances of getting an invite. This is not including the ones that will be given away over time through different sites and competitions of course.

I really like the article, but this part jsut isnt accurate. Did anyone else play Starcraft on Nintendo64? That was my first time playing SC and i loved it, but i couldnt go back after playing the PC version. ![]() I believe the original diablo was on consoles as well even before SC64 Yeah Diablo was on the Playstation before SC went to N64, Obviously the article wasn't too well-researched, although blizzard hasn't done any ports recently, ie. the last 11-12 years, which is all they needed to add to be accurate.

And not only because me and my brother have mastered the art of getting rich (legitly...). It is truly disappointing that so many people don't see that and/or haven't experienced what a true ladder reset is really like. I almost feel sorry for them to be honest. jsp also gives botters a place to base their operations. It was founded by bots. It facilitates bots. Botting is incredibly lame, and if you don't agree with that then I fear for the future of our friendship. Botting ruined everything everywhere! It's sad how other people botting ruined some of the charm with Diablo 2 ![]() That should never be repeated!

Thank god, trading in d2 is so obnoxiously obtuse, you either have to sit in chat channels spamming your wares, make games with advertising names and hope someone pops in, or use a third party website. It's just exhausting. That link is kinda lame, just a short description of the recent New York Times article.

It might be accurate, depends on how you interpret it. Because the quote is "consoles like the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3", which I read as "the latest generation of consoles", in that case it makes sense .

Unless your poor, 40-50$ dollars once every few years on something you spend numerous hours a week on should hardly feel like them abusing anything...
