This article came up: Fired Blizzard tester hands out Diablo 3 spoilers I'm not going to quote anything, or even spoiler just because I know people will want to read for themselves or won't want to read anything at all. Pretty interesting though.... The dude says his contract said nothing about being able to spill beans, but I find that highly unlikely. I don't see how Blizzard would have a loop hole for a tester to be able to legally tell everyone what is in, and what isn't in the game. Sounds like a hoax to me...

Not clicking the link, don't want spoilers :D. He probably didn't understand all those long words in the NDA, so thinks he can say what he wants about it :p. If people were actually free to talk about it I'd imagine spoilers would be everywhere. Either that or it's fake .

Sounds like a hoax to me... yea a lot of his answers werent very specific or seemed like "he HAD to of had worked there to answer that question in that way..." like he would just say "oh class X is imba right now.." which means nothing since presumably balance is always changing in development or "the boss fights sucked because they were really scripted" which was a retarded answer because all boss fights in all games are pretty scripted nowadays. i think he's a fake

The dude posted it all on 4chan... which makes the whole situation even more fishy. But he has some interesting details about the game's story. I guess we'll see how it all pans out come release time. I honestly thought the dude I quoted was more interesting than that article... I mean, come on. Coincidence or not... still fucking weird.

who has the most say in art direction on the team? the most say is always from the team that makes the interface with the stock holders Come on now. The only way he could describe the game was saying how boring it was and making non-specific comparisons to Torchlight. Even if he was real, he wouldn't have been of any value to Blizzard testing the game.

Diablo 3 seems like a console game for me so far. Diablo 2, i remmber the first time i played it. And i found out my necromancer in single player trying to beat andariel. Was Epic, after years, i still ike to use my now godlike charaters for fun. I really doubt Diablo3 will get su much improvement. Since WoW and Their unification with EA, a lot of stuff is starting to look "un-blizzard" like. Personally i dont like it, but they are getting more sales like this so i really dont think they care for a minority like me.

Diablo 3 looks like a Diablo, seems to play like a Diablo; if it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck than it's... Everything revealed at this point shows improvement in gameplay, the classes, while not the old ones, sound like a blast. You're being too negative, I'm sure you'll have as much fun with the Witch Doctor as you had with the Necromancer. And yes, there is a console port planned AFTER release, no worries. Not to mention that most Blizz games are on consoles. + Show Spoiler + The merge was with Activision and they are operating independently.

Everything else is just knowledge most people could guess from what Blizzard has released so far. Blizzard has already hinted that they are considering consoles. They have also hinted that their new MMO is going to be heavy on social/community building. And anyone who has read a Blizzard story in their life could guess that Tyreal might be corrupted since Blizzard is obsessed with corruption stories. Not at all convinced by that.
