Had terrible gear anyway: 75dps on ribbons after re-rolling my bow twice, 250hp, no MS... Really happy with my early levels, however; big improvement there. Out of Abyss before the 30 minute mark with no rare or medium flasks. | ||

I got owned by RNG this time, I never got a decent bow so I ended up high lvl 19, im extremely disappointed, I played well I thought but there was nothing I could do with 75 dps in the hall of heroes. /facepalm | ||

Got trolled really hard in the sea witch level though, never seen one so big, then in the last hallway after merveil there were 2 LMP rare ones and I had to logout and run the whole thing over again hah. Was 2 shotting mobs in the last zone I was in, but still only made 17 and change. Had 2 good weapons and 2 amazing rings + amulet, rest of gear was basically level 1, couldnt find anything usable... with 3x medium life pots and no defense, I went to sub 20hp several times | ||

Lucky me got some sweet 15% ms boots from perpertus. Skipped first and second boss, didn't find a single jade chopper (lvl6axe) early on so felt like I was going to die when I hit statue zone. Ended up getting to merveil zone in 23 minutes, new personal record. Going to skip first boss every time from now on, that damn snake never drops anything I need and always end up kiting. Most scary part was at Glacial hammer skeleton boss that first hit froze me and I went down to 10 hp when I was finally start to get going good. | ||

Which I think is dumb, but hey that's the rules. Another rule is that my DPS will constantly decrease. 130-110-95-75 (last 4 descent races) in hall of heroes. It keeps going down and down as I get better and better. Next time I just want 120 dps in hall of heroes please and I'll get my level 21. | ||

I had the same pattern in dps, Slix. Strangely my dps goes down, but nothing goes up to make up for it. It's simply all around worse gear, except on 2nd or 3rd tries, then I find uniques and rare short bows... Btw, death doesn't count in Descent because a) they don't want ppl beating records by 1k and sitting out to avoid losing it, b) the merciless zones were untested, and c) they didn't want to punish people for trying to actually reach the end. And grats ZoRoXo. 5th is still the best anyone of us has done. I don't think anyone else has done 1M either..? | ||

And maybe you should join the dark side and pick duelists. Then the champion curtains are actually really easy. Only the rare big ones really hurt. | ||

Here are the mods: Base +ES: 1st Tier roll 136-145 Local Hybrid ES/Stun: 1st Tier roll: 51 - 56%. Chaos Resistance: Low roll - 11- 15% bracket. 2 prefixes 1 suffix Im just really tempted to try and roll the local ES% and try for the Tier 1 roll. If I rolled the lowest possible roll within the tier 1 roll it would be a 964 ES chest if I got the highest possible tier 1 roll, it would be a 1045 ES chest. Indexers are only showing 7 ES chests with 900 or more ES in any league. (Im sure they are plenty mirrored copies of these.) Also, it is 5L 6S. The more I think about this though the more I think I would need to eternal it.. | ||
