Last I heard, they took down the matchmaking (May be up now..)
Your best bet is to just use the Server Browser. Select your region and check "Has 5+ slots open". You'll find servers to join instantly.

I'm not sure but you can get into the Open beta on the 29th regardless of whether or not you preordered at all.

im getting crazy rag doll effects (bodies fly half-way across the map when i shoot and kill someone) and weird prone collision problems, but besides that this game is gold 10/10
