Consider: Dropping shroud Use CDR Blue, masteries, and brilliance elixir to get 40% CDR Instead of shroud, aim for rylais The only problem is, you can't get mana manipulator this way. | ||

I dunno, i never thought AP was good for Soraka, especially with the ratio nerfs. Rushing rylais is hard as you dont have enough mana to keep up healing/infusing everyone. Remember Soraka is very gold starved, games usually end when I only have like merc treads, soul shroud, glacial shroud. But suggest me a build around 7-8K gold, that you think will work well from early game to late game, and I'll tell you what I think. a large part of it is that I'm just really really really really really used to locket lol. | ||
