If you don't finish something one day you can pick up pretty much right where you left off later. We would probably only be doing it for a few hours (like 2 hours or so) each day we do raids. 2) The DKP system is basically a way to distribute gear from raids. You earn points for doing things and use them as a currency to buy the items. Compare this to free rolls where basically whoever wants the item rolls for it and the best roll wins. 3) The ventrilo server info is in our Guild Information window. Just open the guild tab on WoW then hit guild information and you should see it. | ||

However, they do give a warning the first time regardless of legal or illicit activity. So you should be fine. And 2 hours for a raid is jokes. You will not be running 2 hours, you'll be running closer to 3 or 3.5 at least in blocks, 2 hours only works if everyone is on top of it (a wipe is about 15-30+ mins of nothingness).. Semi-serious (or semi-casual) guilds do about at least 9 hours per week in large blocks of time which depends on how many days of the week they plan on doing. That's about the time commitment I would guess susie and midian are asking for if not more. | ||

Especially if you're doing toc/togc. You're right outside the instance (takes 15 seconds to walk in) and all you have to do is click 3x on an npc to summon the boss again. Two hours per raid day seems like more than enough for what we will be doing (at least right away). | ||

I'm not fussed about playing on the US servers, but because of the time difference it would mean raiding would be unrealistic for me - starting past midnight and having to get up for work between 8:00-9:00am! Of course, I could do raiding friday/weekends, but then I imagine most people wouldn't want to do that then...  | ||
