I don't know how it is in Korea, but in austria there is the possibilty, that if you commit a crime, the sentence can be suspended "auf bewährung", which means that a prison-sentence can be suspended for a certain time (mostly used for "smaller" crimes and persons without priors), and if you don't do anything during your "bewährung" you wont have to go to jail at all, kind of like the most serious kind of warning. That's exactly what it means... | ||
