May 8, 2014 - having been qualified for the 2014_WCS_Season_2_America/Challenger, Kane played vs Top however lost 2-3, having superior macro but losing to a cheese.
August 6, 2014 - Kane defeats LiquidHerO, Guitarcheese and STLife and finishes first in his group in the Destiny I Tournament
August 10, 2014 - Kane finishes his run in Destiny I by reaching top 4 and eventually losing to HuK
August 23, 2014 - Kane reaches RO16 with a flawless victory against Illusion in RedBull BattleGrounds Detroit but his advance is stopped by his teammate Stardust, after some absolutely incredible games, where he does put a fantastic fight and does not go down easily.
February 20th, 2015 - Kane finishes 1st in his group and advances in RO16 of 2015 WCS Season 1 Premier
Starting as protoss, over the course of a few months he continued to learn and fell in love with the game. He then switched to zerg around the middle of 2011 and never looked back.

Sorry, i just couldnt resist. Please sign me in , i've played many times on ladder with Kane while he was still in Pulse. Im protoss and he massed so many infestors it was unbelievable,crushed me almost every game.ggs
Kane just got a mention by stephano on WCS EU qualifier no3 with mr bitter and rotterdam. Kane deserves more recognition so it can spur him onto improve and be the best he can potentially be.
Have not followed this guy a lot but his skill looks way to high in comparison to the amount of attention he gets. You would think that all you Americans would be interested in the one native guy that is crushing your ladder ^

I have now tons of respect for Kane in the past days; being around him for a while really makes you know him better, he has such a strong character and so many qualities that i don't even know where to start describing.
What really got to me is how things happened to him that other would consider awful, like the problem with the leg, I know people who would be crushed about it, but Kane just takes everything like a man and keeps fighting, and he never whines about anything. He could easily teach others lessons of how to man the fcuk up.
I will post details and footage with and about every player i have met, at the right time. I feel people know so little about who they root for and so easily judge without knowing a lot of things. Every single one of them is wonderful in the strongest sense of the word, each has so many qualities, Kane, Suppy, Scarlett, and once you understand them on a more profound level you just fall in love with their character.

Kane s leg is fine now, the aluminum component that was broken was replaced today by a titanium one - we were joking that he is like the Wolverine of SC2 now. I got video coverage of the whole thing, will upload soon and will let you know where all will be posted, vids, pics, all.
Really enjoyed your two shots on Proleague, usually the crowd is so shy, it was nice to see someone having fun. Also really respected your views on 'Meta', hope you go back on the show. Unlucky in WCS, I will be cheering for you from now on!

Kane is back in Canada after a long stay in Taiwan at the yoeFlash Wolves Teamhouse, and in his first tournament in a long time he defeats LiquidHerO. Guitarcheese and STLife in Destiny Tournament !
Kane comes out 6-1 in a group with Life AND Hero. Canada has had the foreigner hopes for a while now, with Huk and then Scarlett... when Kane exits his hyperbolic time chamber overseas will he be the next?
Haha, had to start with that one. Continuing in posting stuff from IEM Toronto. Kane was super chill, hung with him a lot of the weekend. Learned a ton about ZvX from listening to his perspective.
Similar to Scarlett, Kane was there pretty early every day He hit a lot of ZvP on Thursday
Lots of Canucks asking for autographs. Someone was from his province, which is apparently a hike from Toronto, so he was pretty jacked about that.
Starcraft is a universal language. Life's English isn't great, nor is Kane's Korean. But a mixture of the two, lots of hand gestures and patience led to some pretty neat discussion between the two. Awesome knowledge bombs

vs scarlett it came down to "did Kane's allin get scouted?"
Congrats though Kane, knowing your enemy and there weaknesses is half the battle
Kane played like a true West Coast fiend today. He played his opponent perfectly. Broke out the gouda for Scarlett, went for a tempo control style with Polt.
His play in g2 was incredible. He really just dictated the pace of the game. The decision to send his mutas south to compound on the ling runby while Polt was pressuring him? Hella ballsy and it paid off big time. Really lovin this improvement from Kane. Can't wait to see his next games!
Holy shit, that last game against Polt was soooooo sick. So many mindgames and really smart map control. So much pressure and trickery. That was the epitome of "making him play your game"

Kane is playing fantastically. The way he handled things and his decision making didn't feel any different to what I am used from top korean zergs. Well though-out and very incisive.

Actually, what I like about Kane is how unique his play is. I think he solves problems himself, its because of his judgment and probably a reason for that judgment.
