WCS S3 Korea Challenger League RO48 WCS S2 Korea Challenger League RO48 All-kill vs Axiom-Acer GSL Season 5 Quarter - Finals 0-3 vs SanZenith (P) GSL Season 6 Semi Finals 2-3 vs IMNesTea (Z) 2nd place in the FXO IS #3
and something worth mentioning.........he was born in 1995. this young kid is extraordinary. definitely one of the best TvZ player in KR right now. with very MKP-ish play style lol...
Sign me up :D. I love his play and I believe that he is one of the few terrans that can give me hope for these days TvZs (especially after the series against LosirA and NesTea!)
Damn, son. I thought he was older than that. I feel ... ancient. (My desktop is almost as old as him, actually, give or take a few months. Which is just bloody sad however you look at it.)
Sign me up. He doesn't get the recognition he deserves for being so young (especially in comparison for all the recognition Leenock gets for being young). He also doesn't get enough recognition for his sick micro, which IMO is nearly if not completely on par with MKP, at least, against Zerg.
I'm thinking of joining this fanclub. He is sure a very good player, and very promising since he's very young.
Edit: I didn't pay attention at the beggining, but he is using very basic mouse and keyboard. Funny (imo) to see no stuff like ultra fast gaming mouse with 6 buttons for a professionnal like him.

Thought both of his games today were good, though game 2 wasn't perfect he baited hyperdub in beautifully. All in all: made TvT look like a short matchup

Tough luck with the series. I feel like sC overestimated his 2 base pushes in both games 4 and 5 and could have won them. Either way, still have great hopes for sC!

Agreed! I didn't catch the NesTea series and I've never really seen sC play, but after today I'm a fan for sure, I loved his play.
sC is a solid player... and the only one I actually like from fOu. I'm really looking forward to how he does over the years, and not so much in the near future.
SC did really well against DRG who's one of the most quickly improving zergs in korea. Can't wait to see him in team league and Code S in the next few weeks.
I stopped by just to see if there is a picture of him with those baller ass glasses from LG Cinema 3D Special Tournament Finals. I guess not. Anyway, good luck to him in up&downs.
IMO the most underrated player in the star2 pro scene. He doesn't get nearly the attention or praise that he deserves.
That game vs Losira on terminus where he went nonstop aggression, 8 reactor rax, nothing but marine (vs banes and infestors) was some of the sickest shit I've seen during the year that this game has been around.

Choya (paraphrased) during one of those coach interviews, I think against HoSeo: I don't care if we go down 0-3 to the other team, because sC will just come back and all-kill for us.

Once he wins a tourney or two his name will sound like the angels singing. It's totally fine

The problem is fxo's tag ends with a vowel so it goes badly with some usernames. They should really have put it on the end of the player name instead, like prime and fou do. Think how terrible fousc would be.

Series vs Nestea was legendary as well.
This guy is a beast.
I couldn't have said it better, the guy is a beast. Those games are some of the best I've ever seen in SC2, especially the one vs Losira that was ridiculous...

Wasn't really surprised at how those games went, they were pretty damn one sided.
Hopefully he can beat Taeja next round. He's got to be the favourite coming into that, so let's hope we don't see an upset. >.>
Unfortunately Taeja is pretty damn good.
He is, but I think sC is better. I'd consider it an upset if TaeJa won. Not as big an upset as, say, InCa over DongRaeGu would have been, but an upset nonetheless.

sC is better in TvZ and probably TvP. Unfortunately, his TvT seems to be his weakest matchup, and he's still weak to banshee timings. If Taeja decides to abuse banshee builds against him, I'll be a little worried.

he can just practice with FXOtheBest if he wants to prepare for sick Banchee contr...............
jokes aside, huge SC fan, if anyone other than him or Leenock wins code A I'll be sad, FXO Fighting, SC Fighting!
Bumping this fanclub with an nice interview of one of the best players in Korea. This guy is such an amazing player and does not get enough love and attention. Also what a handsome nerd baller. <3
OMG. sC is only 16??? And hes been around forever in sc2. Wow i never thought of sC as an up and comer but i guess he is. Wow this kid is gonna be sooo good.
Man this kid is a bawler. I believe that if he can recover from his heath condition he will become one of THE best players. Really am looking forward to seeing more games from him.
sC is a very macro-aggressive terran. love watching his tvz, sc vs leenock and sc vs nestea were some sick series.
with his sickness i think his tvt may suffer, people have been refining how to play vs bio-heavy styles. his tvz and tvp are probably still very strong. (losing to genius has no shame)
Sign me up. Definitely someone to keep an eye on. Too bad he didn't make it into Code S, but he's definitely got the skill. Especially if he gets better soon.
I already posted in the thread but I wanted to do it here as well.

He played an aggressive style that reminded me of MKP, so when MKP got knocked out early in GSL at the time I found myself cheering for sC to win instead. I will never forget the awesome first game against LosirA in the round of 8 of GSL May where he just attacked with like 15 marines rallied constantly and then used great micro to win, now from time to time referred to as "the sC style". Since then I have always rooted for sC in every match he has played, except for when he was facing MKP, but that's not relevant. Then the health problems started, which made me even sadder than I am right now.
But this is not that unexpected. If you have followed sC on Twitter or read his interviews you know that he's been playing LoL seemingly quite a lot. If he feels this is the best course of action then I am sure it is and I think he will be just as great at LoL as he was with WoL. I will continue to cheer for you sC and wish you all the best as you walk down this new path in life.
For me, today WoL lost one of it's brighest stars.
I can still remember how happy I was when he requalified for code S and then made it to the round of 8 in GSL November 2011, how how much I enjoyed watching him those few times he streamed and all the awesome games he gave us.
I never signed up for this fanclub since I don't post much but after this, please sign me up for one of the best terrans around!
Yeah, with all the interviews recently with the MvP members hinting that he played more LoL than SC2 - combined with his health problems - made it more likely for this to happen. Hope he finds success in LoL!
Its sad that sC is switching to LoL he was so good at SC2 when he wasn't back and forth in between his injuries. His bio micro was so good and him, along with Bomber, were 2 of the main reasons why I wanted to try out Terran. I think sC will be a great LoL player, and if he has found a renewed motivation in it, then all the power to him and he has my support! But he will be missed in the Starcraft 2 scene
Good luck sC! I'll be cheering for you in whatever you decide to do with LoL!
NO! So sad T_T I always loved watching his agressive style and his parade pushes he had insane macro back in the day Yet another sad story of someone being cut down in their prime with a bright future by a shitty illnes GL in LoL (even though I wanted you to stay )

Played in the first International Qualifier for IPL6, won against seed and... either he lost to Sting or Sting got a W/O.
Sting got a W/O, and there's no indication that he switched back. A lot of players in that qualifier were playing on others' accounts. It was likely someone else.

Welcome back. A beacon of hope in times of hardship, but now one of many contenders for the title of King of Terran. Let's see if he can rise once more to the level he used to be at.
sC get into UnD through an insane bracket and now has a doable UnD group of (Z)Crazy (T)KeeN (P)Avenge (P)YongHwa (T)sC I think he gets out of that and completes his comeback And we really need an update for this fanclub
