I like the chorus but.. it feels like during the rest of the song they are just talking or somethig, don't like that at all...

At least Krystal and Victoria looks good I guess but I won't play this song at all

The song and MV kick ass. Verses are a bit weird but I think it will all work really well in performances. Much better than what girl groups have been putting out for the past however many months atleast.

Wow the hate train is strong in KMD anymore.

Song is super good, this is f(x) back in form. It's different, without trying too hard to be quirky for me. It doesn't jump around as much as like IGAB, but it's got an interesting flow that demands attention whilst not being grating or in your face. This is going to straight up be perfect work/gaming music, like much of their discography before. Amber's raps always deliver, and the chorus is head-bobbingly catchy and cute. I also love the way it ends, we've had a lot of songs lately (looking at you Is It Poppin) that just kind of peter out and end, listening to the last ~30 seconds are getting me hyped for the rest of the album and what it's leading up to as the first track.

Sulli looks amazing, especially in the black shirt and plaid skirt, and Victoria and Luna get great special mentions for looking fine as hell. The hair colors are a bit odd, but hey, that's f(x), you just gotta roll with it and enjoy it. Krystal rocks it like few could, imo.

I love the dances in this one. They're really fun, and have a bit of a sexy edge in some places while maintaining the "cool but cute" f(x) style that I love so much. Can't wait to see it live.

Yeah, the let's-only-have-a-$300-mv-for-this-promotional-cycle-after-having-none-the-previous-2 into let's-dump-all-our-inexistent-dirty-money-to-buy-back-our-song-1-whole-month-after-it's-released strat has been working out quite well so far.

But seriously though, taken from the first "sajaegi" article that google gave me, "For $500,000 USD, rookie singers can maintain a top 20 position on the best digital charts for up to 4-5 days." So that means Crayon Pop should've jumped from nothing to top 20 once the "sajaegi" starts, and maintain their position for "4-5 days."

The Ilbe thing hit 6/22. They spiked the day after but that's about it, so I wouldn't say that really helped them. No particular event happened around the time they started rising so I'm guessing it's just the song/choreo slowly getting slightly viral on the internet.

Well, looks like they didn't jump at all. Instead, they rose an average of about 5 spots per day for more than 2 weeks. They have maintained a top 20 spot for about a week now, and they are still not showing any signs of going back down. If I'm not a Crayon Pop fan and I wanted to say that their sudden rise in various charts isn't legit, then I would've said "dem dirty ilbe cash" instead :p

Just accept that the song is going slightly viral. Even some groups like Nuest(however that's spelled), GsD, Shinee, etc have been doing the dance, not to mention not just other artists but also different celebrities like comedians tweeting the song. Not only signs that the song is getting more known to people, but they also help spread it even more.

jeez man, people really get quite sensitive here when it comes to their favourite groups, chill I was just joking around. hehe

btw. I totally agree with you that after I read the sajaegi article the first time I said to my self "no fucking way do agencies spend over 100k for some chart manipulation"

Although I feel a bit mentally challenged watching the video, the song is quite catchy and I also read that they recently got quite a few number of new (celebrity) fans, may or may it not be thanks to the ilbe scandal.
