yeah thats why I said reruns. Maybe it was a year later or earlier im not sure. If it wasnt for interesting character in Fairy Tail I would of stop watching this series a long time ago considering the amount of crap I give it all the time lol. I am talking about the anime.

There are a fair amount of characters who'd use that to indicate laughing, but she was the first one to actually voice it out.

Horo speaks somewhat similarly in that both of them use that kind of accepted old people speak, but she doesn't quite laugh like that.

Any character using old speak will be like that, hell almost every other long lived noble/long living vampire talks like that in every other show.

What exactly do you mean by no other tsundere matches Shinobu? If we're just talking about voice, then yeah, Maaya is doing a pretty awesome job voicing her. But if you mean her tsundere levels, then that's because it's not so much that Shinobu is a tsundere but more that Ishin is poking fun at the archetype by purposely giving her over the top tsundere lines. This is exactly what makes it so entertaining, especially because it remains in the bounds of her personality. They'll probably reuse the joke later but that's as far as her tsundere will likely go. And really, she's missing the entire premise of a real tsundere: embarrassment! At best, she has a few (admittedly, entertaining) tsundere lines but does not fall under the tsundere archetype. Although I suppose Ecael could easily disprove me by saying how Shinobu is actually tsundere for the rest of the series and it's the main facet of her character but I really doubt that's true. And if you're talking about something else, just ignore this post; my inner tsundere-con is too strong.

lol yeah I've never heard this "ka ka" laugh before. I think that's part of the reason she's really growing on me - a unique laugh, at least for one being voiced out. Also, it's short enough that it doesn't grow irritating. If it was like "ka ka ka ka ka" I would get sick of it eventually.

Where do you get your subbed eps? Usually I get them from kyuubi, they're really good quality but he takes a week+ to translate usually.
