Heck Sanji could just appear saying Big Mom is no threat anymore because she's tasted Sanji's cooking. She's alrdy known for being a gluttonous beast and Sanji is probably the best cook in One Piece lol. He probably lulled her into submission by cooking her a 35 course meal or w/e to hold off her appetite.

I think rather than off-panel, after things in Dressrosa cool down, it will probably take a second to rewind a bit to show Sanji's heroics.

I actually agree with you and find your reply to be really well thought out, kudos! Of course in chapter 750 they showed all the main characters in the story and where they are currently, so I was trying to summarize that information and then springboard my predictions for the upcoming fights. MIA was too strong of a word (except for Bellamy and Burgess as you pointed out). It would have been better if I said not shown in Chapter 750.
I just assumed that they would show all of DF's crew (altho they didn't show DF, Diamante, Trebol, Sugar, ...). But my understanding is that Jora was okay as she was running away from DF and Law when they began their fight.

Forikorder, can you explain why you think Viola and the dwarves were talking about why Luffy and his crew should be viewed in a favourable light compared to most pirates. Everything that I read - yes, I just reread the chapter - points to them talking to King Riku.

We can see that Viola wants to bring the key to uncuff Law. But then Riku asks questions. In the bottom right panel this is where it is kind of ambiguous who is talking and looking at this panel in isolation it could be viewed either way. Jora ran away, true, but she still got cut by Brook and electrified by Nami to the point of being burnt to a crisp... It's just my personal opinion, but I don't think she's in anywhere near good enough condition to fight again this arc.
Buffalo however we can probably agree that by having his neck snapped and getting thrown out of the highest level of the palace by Kyros won't be coming back for another fight. 
Another thing about CP0 that makes me think they're off the island is that their appearance this arc was more of an introduction to them and how they're the most powerful CP agents in the world than anything, just to act as a teaser for their future appearance and (presumably) battle with the Strawhats. The Donquixote family and a marine Admiral + two Vice Admirals seem like more than enough opponents for the time being, especially with half of the Strawhat crew already waiting in the next arc and Usopp and Robin already defeating Sugar and creating the colosseum army that's going after Doflamingo.
To add to the MIA list, however, The Funk Brothers and Jean Ango from Block C are missing... and a lot of Block D contenders are missing, (Mummy, Damask, Rolling Logan, Meadows, and Acilia)... Then again, Block D and it's participants (other than Rebecca and Cavendish) didn't get enough exposure to be worth mentioning IMO. Cavendish, Orlumbus, and Suleiman are the only three from that block without a star that are still part of the story.

Sanji is going to single-handedly destroy that ship and all the other guys on that ship and he's going to get a serious bounty for it. The Straw Hats are going to piss off two Yonko at the same time.

Actually Law killed Jora by dropping her into the sea below with fighting fish. Can't find the chapter, but it's before Law's fight with DD.

Yeah but Rebecca isn't officially related to the king. So she can get a bounty. All she has to do is piss off a marine, or just help a pirate. She'll get a bounty, especially since this is becoming one hell of a mess.

and why do you think bountys are that easy to get? frankys family and the shipwrights attacked a government facility and didnt get bountys

I don't think franky's family did not get bounties. I think it was not important enough to be mentioned by Oda.
And remember Usopp never got bounty before dressrosa arc. I think the reason is that Usopp was never caught or reported to the marine HQ or if ever reported was not proven to be him which is responsible for giving people bounties. So it is possible franky's family did not get a bounty if ever they really didn't get one is because either they were reported but not proven or not even reported to the HQ at all.
