Someone had mentioned before a theory of Kaidou being the ruler of Wano kingdom somehow. This could sorta make sense. Perhaps Wano was the country Fujitora is talking about, Kaidou tried to do a hostile takeover and failed. That would explain why Kinemon had such a bad reaction to pirates, the yonkou, and Kaidou in particular. I'm thinking Kinemon and Momonosuke are either part of the royal family themselves or live with them as body guards or something along those lines.
I just read it as a reference to Alabasta.

Momo is probably prince and Kinemon is his personal bodyguard imho.

I think Luffy got out with the help of Bellamy revealing some kind of secret exit. Koala, who knows. She was seen over the body of presumably one of DD's men, so she might have gotten the info from him.

Looked like pants and a shirt to me (not positioned in a way that would suggest "empty clothes"). That would imply a disguise. If it had been two pair of pants and shirts, or had the clothes been positioned as you'd wear them, then your theory would have more credibility.
That's not to say it's an impossiblity. It's Oda we're talking about after all.

Senor Pink is a weird character the whole hardboiled thing is kinda funny and I'm definitely jealous that the Dress Rosa girls go crazy for him. Do they love him or Doffy more though? :D
