Green Bull is a traditional title in the medium of japanese manga so i am not surprised, should be a really cool character!!!
whats'up with caribou keep showing on the chapter cover lol That doesn't make sense at all, there's no real link between magma and dog, ice and pheasant, etc. However the color yes, perhaps. Also it's not a gravity fruit but a meteorite fruit? If it were gravity than the characters themselves would be drawn down as well, no?
But back then at the bar Fujitora did not actually called down a meteor did he ??

I agree with this because if I had a gravity fruit I would use it directly on my opponents and force them to their knees. It also would make it easier on me because I wouldnt have to cut the meteor over myself. But who knows.

It might be a "make holes in the ground by whatever means necessary"-fruit. That would be sick as hell.
Great chapter btw.

Nope he grabbed his sword, unleashed it a few centimeters and suddenly there was a huge hole in the ground. I think it´s his sword, since he did the same in the latest chapter. But nobody knows how he sees afaik...

lol ussop is such a douchebag hahaha and fujitora's fruit is probably something to do with space. i dont remember clearly but it did look like the hole he left at the bar looked like space, and meteors are in space too. so he probably manipulates space or something by creating wormholes or whatnot

He probably just chose to exert the gravity onto the meteorite. When he gravity'ed those Donquixote guys in the bar they all hit the floor.
Probably just testing the waters with the meteorite.

Going for a animal theme with tiger and bull and a fitting 3rd orange admiral, what *would* be the possible candidates? the original 3 are pretty sure from momotaro, like pvj said. The best thing a quick google search revealed are oni(demons that have tiger fangs and bull horns) or zoro's 3 sword techniques. Neither of which I think is likely or sensible.
Also really surprised in this chapter. The strawhats might be rubbing off on Law just shouting facts around that will get him in more trouble.

I love Law. Ever since he saved Luffy at Marineford I was hoping they'd be working together in an arc or at least have some kind of special friendly relation like Roger and Whitebeard did. Now I'm just waiting for Kidd to play a role in their upcoming adventures since he was the third one of them to crash the Tenryubito auction. I consider that one a pretty big tell that those three will be the ones to watch out for in the New World and if it happens, I'd say they're most likely to take the spots as Yonkou once the old guard steps down.

Dont think there will be a new admiral (excluding green bull) till a possible post story timeskip after the story is finished and it will be Coby. ( 10 years or so yeah)
|
|
Coby is like 40 years too young to be an admiral.

Blue Pheasant Yellow Monkey Red Dog Purple Tiger Green Bull Orange ???
I think there will be at least one more admiral change till OP is finished. What exactly makes you think that OP needs another admiral with the codename "orange..:" ? Well I don´t think it´s needed, but the first 3 admirals where blue, yellow and red ( 3 main colors if u want it so), now we have purple (red+blue) and green (yellow+blue). Leaves only orange as last choice (red+yellow). I don´t think I carried this too far^^ You do realise that the original three admirals were nicknamed after momotaro right? And these other ones now are just made up -- so there isn't any indication there will be further admirals, or that if there are it couldn't be more than just one.
In the story of the Momotaro, there is indeed a bull-tiger reference. The direction of where Momotaro must kill the demon/ogre is the direction of the bull-tiger (Chinese zodiac compass; northeast). http://www.furinkan.com/uy/faq/references/oni.htm

In my opinion, it looks like a "wa" (わ) with a long vowel mark (ー), which then combines to "wa-" (わー). It thus makes the sfx sound of "waah" which is a cry for despair.

Those were probably from Fujitora's power. Either meteorite summoning or some gravity thing.
|
I don't know about you guys, but I have a feeling that Fujitora doesn't have a fruit power, but some kind of advanced samurai power or something that is tied to his sword(manship?). I definitely don't think his sword has a fruit, that is just too dumb and lame: lose sword = lose all power?? No thanks. But some "other" kind of power not dependant on a fruit? THAT is the kind of thing I think we'll see. We already know he's based on Zatoichi, I expect the reveal to be some kind of super advanced swordsmanship/something similar power and not based on a fruit at all.
Either way, his power is pretty impressive, and I really like his character so far.
