From what I see, the WG is not exactly the nicest organisation in the world. I'm sure they would be more than happy to let it slide in exchange for some of the weapons produced.

Apparently not. They just did ingore all of Flamingos crimes for a chance to capture the strawhats, it seems.

The Marines' angle is very interesting. They could really be on anyone's side right now. I find it hard to believe that they would simply team up with Doflamingo against Law seeing as how both Doflamingo and Law are shichibukai of equal rank. It could be possible that the marines are in on the "smile" action but that's also hard to believe seeing as how Akainu would never stand for Doflamingo selling weapons to Kaido. Another possibility is Fujitora being in bed with Doflamingo and acting on his own free will.
A second possibility is that the marines are simply after Doflamingo. This is highly possible if Law informed them of Doflamingo's dealing with Kaido. I would love to see a fight between Fujitora and Doflamingo!
The last possibility is the Marines simply being after all the pirates on Dressora. This includes lots of big names like Burgess, Straw Hat, Chinjao, Cavendish, Bartholomew... etc. I find it hard to believe that the marines are solely after the Straw hats because then Fujitora would have captured them back at the inn. He might still try to, but at least now everyone is in position to capture the remaining pirates as well.
I personally think that Fujitora is on Law's side right now because it'd be really stupid if Law was captured right now. However, I'm pumped to see how this arc unfolds. It might be incredibly long too, with so many plots going around.

Yeah something like that. I was definitely getting a father/daughter vibe from those two. Even if they're not actually related the toy soldier will probably be a father figure of some description.

so lets sum up so far:
Luffy&tournament: got separated from other crew on purpose, because he is fucking strong. maybe he can win tournament. but thats just a distraction. In the end it will help capture him, because all the rest of his crew already got captured? My bet is that he will make some more strong friends in this tournament (with his most dangerous power to turn over people to his side). like bartolomeo. He will defeat Barges in finals i think. And give mera mera to rebecca. sounds legit.
Zoro: on the way to the flower field, knows that the ship is under attack. Some DD swordmaster will be his enemy i think
Sanji: whereabouts not known. Is with a Girl that was about to get killed by a sniper. Long plot inc. for explanations how he found out about DD.
Franky: on the way to flower field with toy soldier. Will meet zoro there. where to go from there? with zoro to ship, to have a retreat possibility? or go and help Law? search factory to destroy it?
Kinemon: is on the way to his friend samurai Kanjuurou. That guy could be held prison in the factory maybe? Kinemon was on "destroy factory"-team too. so maybe he can accomplish both, help friend and destroy factory. Maybe together with Sanji?
Ussop: as someone said, his lie with his big Army will come true this time. I would bet on it :D
Robin: will assist law, ussop and dwarfs against DD.
Law: will have a hard time against DD.
Ship crew, nami, Chopper, Brook, momosuke. i think here are two possibilitys:
1. on the ship are some dwarfs, that helped ship team to defend, or
2. there only were some DD underlings that attacked them.
i dont think that they are in great danger. They just where "overwhelmed" in the last arc with sleep on the ship. that would be to similar. to loose ship again.
fujitora: is he really on green pit? Is that location of law the "southern beach"? Why did he not attack in the Inn? to many civil persons? Than why was he there in the first place?
Dwarfs: seem to be really strong. how we call them? Dwarfs like in raw, or gnomes like in translation?
Caesar: i dont know what he will do. he fits nice into straw hat mood. :D
DD: seems configdent with his laugh on the way to Law.
Smoker: what is with him? is he still to much damaged from DD?
Aokiji: he could maybe help out somehow. He also was with smoker nearby!
Maybe Corpy will come by, and will arrest DD somehow.

Man I was really hoping for Ricky to have more of a story. He sounded so awesome
Karos could indeed be the soldier. But everything seemed to point towards Ricky because of the guy in the audience. But I feel more andmore that the soldier is kyros because I doubt that he would just participate and proceed to lose like that. I expect more of that story and the way the toy talked about the colosseum... I suppose Ricky was maybe one of the Warriors of kyros time

Also, guys.
Don't forget that the WG and the Marines are two different entities, and have serious political struggles from time to time. Their aims are sometimes opposing each others. This could be one of those situations too.
There has been many many rumours in the past few months how Dofla might be a Tenryuubito I think that it's entirely possible considering his attitude, money, connections, stuff he does, and how he behaves.
A WG+Dofla vs Marines vs Pirates rock-paper-scissors seems quite likely, I'd say.

Hm the CPs are a World Government organization like the Shichibukai so for all we know they might be on Doflamingo's side for the time being to capture the gang.

Oda tricked us with Ricky and Kyros.
I think we can safely assume that Ricky isn't Kyros. He might just be impersonating Kyros to aspire against Doflamingo. The many people who resent DD might just know what he's really up to and what kind of a man he is.
Maybe Ricky is a training partner or a relative to Kyros. He probably is too old to an apprentice.
