Yes, I'm thinking Natsu vs Gray in the end is just what is going to happen. In a way, ever since the first episode, this is how it was somewhat going, with the endless rivalry between them and all.
The guild disbanding makes no sense currently, but I'm sure sense will show up soon. I can't imagine something so huge be done without a good reason that has just not been revealed yet.
