I don't think storm needs that that much mana, since ball lightning is a % of total mana spell. Not nearly as bad losing mana on say a SWM. | ||

Yeah of course, but it has a percentage component, which means that amount of mana matters less. It's like half half in the late game for travel, and to activate it's almost purely %. | ||
