Newbee, at the time, didn't deserve the spot. We knew they'd be good, but all they had was 3 weeks of great Online play. "Almost everything pros play out nowadays is not properly balanced" should be the right way to read it. Before the armlet buff Alchemist needed that Aghs feature to be viable. Now with the absurd regen he has, something should be done about that asap. At least, only ult upgrade should be kept, not raw item bonuses. And preferrably shit should cost a little higher. We always used to discuss that kind of things in LR threads, but oh boy Liquid fanboys sure know it better. | ||

The hero is balanced in a way it requires a proper free Aghs thirsty and AA absent draft to get fully unleashed, while half of teams don't even play that hero that much (A, CoL, Empire, NaVi, Secret, Fnatic, etc). TL is 3-0, VG is 2-1, NB is 1-1, LGD, DC and OG are 0-1 with him; Wings are 0-2, Mineski are 1-0. For evey team that used him at least twice, excluding Wings, the WR is positive, how can it be considered bad is beyond me. I wonder how many mid picks are more succesful that this bar Invoker/DK? what is LS win rate this major (if you want to rant about a hero that is abit OP)? I never said LS was OP to begin with, just boring to watch. @thebearjew. Well, Valve could've invited both Newbee and LGD over tier 2 Western teams that didn't even made it top8. Secret and Complexity for starters done absolutely nothing with their unearned freepasses. | ||
