Casters and obs sometimes missed key items purchase and thus i guess that's the reason why they put it in. Though I totally agree that both the rune and courier cams are pretty unnecessary.
It however is not the worst thing that could happen to this tournament. The production thus far has been pretty on point for an event of this scale. I mean, Shanghai set a pretty low bar but still it's pretty smooth.

Well, I agree in the sense that most people will not consider something never used before to be a word just because they understood its meaning, but the place where the line is drawn between something that's "made-up" (or as you put it, "doesn't exist") and something that is considered established is highly subjective. I mean, trite as it sounds, all words/word usages are made-up at some point or another. What words "sound stupid" is again, pretty highly subjective. I've certainly never heard anyone complain about "versing" before your initial post, and have seen it in use for at least as long as Dota's been around, so...it might at least be worth considering that your peeve here is a pet one and ultimately irrational.
I just can't ever understand the point behind protesting the evolution of language unless it's used in the service of oppression or harm, really. I don't see how it serves any purpose. *shrug*

Yeah I guess you're right, but Im still not sure the 6k spent on it without getting full benefit from it was the best choice.
