Drafting isn't the issue. Their map-movement past the laning stage is. They either get ahead enough early that they can snowball and pretty much end the game before 35 minutes or they fall into this aimless farming mode, split up too much, get caught by a smoke and fall apart. There is no read of enemy map movement whatsoever and they really lack clear planning past the laning stage.

Which is why a scaling core for crystalize doesn't help, a pushing core does though. It's why I see them win so often on Luna, it's a hero that translates gold lead into buildings really well.

Loosing Sonneiko hurt them possibly more than than loosing Rodjer. Atm I think dropping Sonneiko over Lil was a bad move, Lil is the mechanically better player but they really lack clear vision and leadership.

At least they dont lose against tier 20 teams, like in MDL Changsha Major qualy, against MEGA LADA.
I hope they qualify for ESL, but it will not be that easy, because FTM is very good at the moment.

The true test comes at Epicenter. I have a good feeling

I was concerned after game 3 last pick brood by TS. We overcame it though, even after that rough start. Looking progressively better, it’ll be a big step forward just for team morale if we can close out the GF tomorrow and actually qualify did a major with our lineup. (We haven’t qualified for anything with current roster. All direct invites.)

Wow. Hands down the best we’ve looked ever with current roster. That series wasn’t even close. Empire def not in their best form at the moment, but still a very solid performance. Crystallize Morph 😳😢

Yeah, I’m basing it on we’ve never beaten OG in a bo3. Ever. And secret and VP tend to traditionally have our number as well. Newbee is Newbee and they’ll be favored over us. Group A I’d feel comfortable playing anyone besides liquid.

The ideal scenario would be to play in first rounds against OG and PAIN gaming, because i`m quite positive those two wont be a problem. Winning would boost their confidence to go against VP and TS, but i cant see them wining against them, not in a bo3.

Like I said previously. We haven’t beaten OG, despite any roster from them or us, EVER in a bo3.
