This tournament they displayed utter dominance, they played at a level that their opponents just couldn't match. Interesting to see their progress towards the later majors and TI.

Yeah, the format was kind of crappy, too many BO1s for my liking with a small field.

I finally finished watching all the games; I'm impressed with how in control of each game they were in.

I kind of agree they are like tier 1.25, they really are just a smidgen below VP and Liquid.

They had a plan for every game and their execution was great, it was a pleasure to watch. This is how they should always play against lesser teams.

Ok should be good practice scrims for them this week then before they fly out to china for the major. You would assume Optic will await in a bo5 grand finals but who knows.

Ok added all those qualifiers to the sidebar calendar so we all up to date. If we win the two x bo3 today we wont play until Saturday xD

Just read that DC and G4P have pulled out of the qualifiers meaning EG go into the Optic side of bracket in quarter finals stage awaiting the loser of COL vs Hooked Esports/GPR

So will be; EG vs Hooked Esports/GPR then winner vs Optic
winner of that vs VGJS/COL for place in MDL Major

Looking at the bracket, EG is playing the winner of Vega vs Final Tribe next. With even ping EG should take this sort of a thing pretty comfortably, but interesting to see what happens with them presumably playing from the west coast
