No, adverse possession takes like 30 years and super easy to stop if you get in front of it before that 30 years goes by. This was just some previously owners of a property who decided they were going to abuse the bankruptcy process to live 3 years rent free and do some other dumb shit with the help of a really shady attorney. | ||
