Weaver is one of the best 1v1 sidelaners in the game. Basically no single hero can face up against him comfortably, and he can even mess up a poorly executed trilane. Gyro loses, but Silencer can beat him.

As long as gyro moves away from creeps whenever weaver shukuichis, he'll outrange him with flak cannon and murder him with rocket barrage.
And now the rocket even goes through invis so gyro could even value point that for a nice stun and locater on where weaver is
AM CAN if he gets some nice mana break hits off but really weaver should just zone him out with geminate and keep shukuichi for defensive purposes for whenever AM would blink on the weaver, same logic to playing vs a lifestealer, only this lifestealer is not as tanky but has a blink instead of a slow
Lich doesnt count as a carry though he'd probally be a pain in the war of attrition

If you run him down at lvl 1 with Mana Break you can force him to waste a lot of mana. I'm 90% sure that if AM plays correctly in the first 2 levels he can dominate Weaver.

Easiest to win the lane are spectre/am/pa/troll
you just have to trade hp/mana first levels
