It's not exactly like it was in DOTA 1,but its now usable. Yesterday I was doing 10mins naked blink dagger with a stout/quell/tango start. I am now managing a 6-7mins dagger with that exact same start. At least MoC is kinda usable now instead of being totally useless. | ||

The Shining regular stuff is mostly abaddon items. which makes sense, given how abaddon + wraith king are related now, and LC is against them | ||
