The main thing is that they felt that WE's composition to be much stronger during laning, and that their picks were well-rounded enough to be able to match whatever pushing, ganking, or teamfighting pace that DK wished to play to at any stage of the game (good AoE, decent teamfight, good point-disables and gank/chasing power), allowing them to build up an advantage as the game moved out of the laning phase. The lynchpin that sealed game 2 was LongDD's Furion, which, at 2 critical points (the FB top on Mofi's WR, and the ult middle that killed Yaodao) was able to turn lanes that should have been losing lanes into winning ones. Slightly less important was Yaodao's somewhat sloppy fundamentals--as 2009 and Crystal felt that Beastmaster shouldn't be behind TC on cs (by level 5, Yueru was already ahead by about 10 cs). | ||
