(unless you mean people who literally can just speak both languages at even the smallest level of skill). Factor in how difficult translating can be and it's a lot smaller.

Spectre is terrible and picking her over better carries is just stupid. Bloodseeker is of slight worth in very specific situations. Not much to discuss really. ![]()

But hey, I play to have fun, no big deal if I don't get to play much. As for streaks, I'm doing ok recently IMO, but when I started playing I was 11-2 at one point

Thats not to say the match making behavior is also different from sever to sever due to the differences in cultural match making and play style. From my personal experience, you are more likely to get a match that is fit your MMR on EU West rather than US East West.

The queue time will be significantly longer every time you are on a streak and i will try to match you with stacked(party) who have their MMR multiplied by the party bonus. Since the way they match people is grabbing 10 and dividing by 2, imbalance teams in a stacked game is unavoidable, especially if the members of the party dont have a close MMR gap. No, it doesn't.

On March 09 2013 18:23 NB wrote: how do you code a skill based MMR system that does not enforce 50% winrate when the sample size grow big? you're assuming the goal of the matchmaking system is to enforce 50% WR In reality, its trying to make equal matches happen, every time, so if you reach that proper skill level, your winrate should stabilize and slowly drop towards 50% as a result of the stabilization Seriously. Are you stupid? Its not the goal, its a side effect. And as we all know, WR =/= skill level or MMR. User was warned for this post
