So many changes in this patch, we will probably see 6.75a/b comes out very quickly and then they will be implemented to dota2 (unless valve employees have too much free time).
Quite sure we will see these changes in dota 2 this week. Last weeks dota2 patch notes did state that this weeks patch would be special wait - this is going to be implented in dota2 this week already? Well, I would have said no, but last week's patch notes had a statement that 'this week's patch has little because next week's is big'. So who knows? Maybe. Why shouldn't it come out?! This patch have gone through months of beta testing, it is live now. Not dota 1 beta before dota 2. Pretty sure I read that Icefrog wants to keep dota 1 and dota 2 live versions the same or close to anyways.
Too many changes in one go, usually some small patches will be released after a short time to iron out little things in this big patch so don't be surprise nothing will apply to dota2 until 6.75a/b (which can happen in the next few days or anytime within 2 weeks). Or like i said if Valve didn't mind to take on the messy job we will see 6.75 on dota2 in a few days.

I think it's pretty plausible valve were working on porting 6.75 for the last few weeks already, and the next patch will have it all.

Haha i welcome the neff of drums and staff so much :p drum is indirect neff to invo and forcestaff is just stupid to escape from my kinetic field! No you no run now WR!!!
And finally icefrog admit that he made eblade for morph and decided it is time to be fair: Ethereal Blade - Ether Blast now does damage based on the primary attribute of the holder instead of always agility

Ya or this. Personally i don't want to see 6.75 port to dota2 so soon, let the legacy dota1 have some exclusive attention for awhile! (i just dont want to see noobs lose my game by rushing that new item in d2)

wow, playing dota with 5 ms is pretty sweet guys

2 minute wins are pretty weird. Drow(me)-Lina-Tree trilane, we get first blood on SK, he ragequits and the game counts.

So confirmed Bruno = ice frog? This is also the only thing I get from this "legs" shit.

A lot of changes in 1 go? Sure but they have been tested for months, not like Icefrog and valve haven't tested them out.

Dota1 has nothing to do with Valve at all.

apart from the fact that the developer is developing both dota1 and dota2?
|
but dota1 got everything to do with valve... Icefrog, the sole developer of dota1 is working at valve, heck he is properly even working on dota1 at the valve offices.
The patch notes are out, the dota 1 version are out, valve less than a week ago said that next dota 2 patch would be special. Why shouldn't the patch be ported over?
With the patchnotes out I would think most pros would want the patch to hit so they can try and train with the new version instead of using heroes they might think they wouldn't need to use all the time after the patch

You guys forgot what happened to the last patch really fast -.- It was just half a year ago and most of you were around

My guilty pleasure is playing Sniper. I just loooove the fucking attack animation. I love the fact that i can attack over half a screen distance. I think Assassinate is a great ultimate. Even Scattershot is decent as it damages towers, kills creepwaves very well (400+ damage for full duration).
But it so hard to describe how much hate you get if you pick sniper. If your game isn't perfect, you get blamed for pretty much everything that goes wrong. I can see why he isn't an amazing competetive pick, but the amounts of hate you recieve really sucks. It's far worse than with any other hero i've ever played.

I feel you, Sniper is also a guilty pleasure of mine as well! I think there is definitely a stigma attached to a sniper pick because he is extremely popular with new players, for all the reasons you have stated as well as being a deceptively simple hero (pure autoattack at extreme range? yes please!). So a large proportion of Sniper picks tend to be new players who then go on to feed because Sniper is squishy as hell with no escapes. Then when most people see you pick Sniper they immediately have you down as a noob who is going to feed :D

Still think you get shit on the most as Pudge. You miss one hook? You will be laughed at and be told how bad you are. =D~
