How many games have you played? May be go watch some TI2 replays, allow your eyes to get used to them while being entertained
I have about 70 hours played. I'm only just beginning to have a vague idea of all the different characters and their abilities.

Nobody said getting into DotA would be easy (or at least, if they did they were lying).

Do people even pick wisp? Also I thought people pick disruptor anyways? (regardless of whether wisp was picked)

Wisp has seen quite a few games in starladder the past few days. Even without the classic CK/Tiny setup.
actually all these are the same team, mousesports so take it for what it is.

I still have the habit of pressing "F" and "E".
I think this is the only hero I had to re-adjust my bindings for.

I can´t empathise all the hotkey problems people keep having. Years ago I set up my war keys so the main spell I use on every hero is "t", secondary is "r", third is "e", fourth is "z". Don´t exactly remember why, I think my index finger just rested naturally over t when my pinkie hovered over the "a" button(attack move is the most used command, so there). I actually set up every single hero individually back then. Every. Single. Hero. Took forever, evaluating which skill I will use how often etc. correcting the setup of certain heroes if I found myself confusing the hotkeys of spells on them.
Only lately I had to actually move my hand a bit more with SC2 grid hotkeys(attack move is on "t", perfect :D) and in Dota 2 I didn´t find an option to bind my itemslots to "space + t/r/e", so I use the row below t/r/e for items now. Nowadays I use around an entire 3x5 block of keys(from q to t). Never have to learn new hotkeys, just new skills on familiar keys. Probably an act of retarded genius to develop my hotkey setup around the attack move command^^ Have been happy ever since.
So yeah, I actually get a bit irritated if people refer to skills as q w e etc. as my setup is mirrored and to the side of those hotkeys. I found it horrible to quickly use "q" or "w" for skills and then click "a" for attack move afterwards. Then again, some people actually use the fucking numblock for inventory.

I love people who are all happy go lucky at the beginning of the game but when they start sucking or losing they turn 180 instantly

I agree with you that it's very annoying when people refer to a spell by their hotkey and not by their name. This makes absolutely no sense to anyone who hasn't played the game – and makes every sentence into parodies of discussions between professionals at a hospital with all their technical terms. There is no need to make things complicated by changing the names of everything. The spells should be obvious from their names, and if not, the spell should be explained similar to how it is explained in the tooltip of the ability, not by using fancy technical terms and ways of shortening names. Damage per second instead of DPS, area of effect instead of AOE and so on.
