Only lately I had to actually move my hand a bit more with SC2 grid hotkeys(attack move is on "t", perfect :D) and in Dota 2 I didn´t find an option to bind my itemslots to "space + t/r/e", so I use the row below t/r/e for items now.
Nowadays I use around an entire 3x5 block of keys(from q to t). Never have to learn new hotkeys, just new skills on familiar keys.
Probably an act of retarded genius to develop my hotkey setup around the attack move command^^
Have been happy ever since.

So yeah, I actually get a bit irritated if people refer to skills as q w e etc. as my setup is mirrored and to the side of those hotkeys.
I found it horrible to quickly use "q" or "w" for skills and then click "a" for attack move afterwards.
Then again, some people actually use the fucking numblock for inventory.
