I personally don't have gloves with attack speed, just with primary stat and vitality and allres boost.

The weapon has no Str but it does have a ton of vit. The LoH portion is a bit on the low side (500+ is preferred,
I think 1k LoH in gear combined is a good number to shoot for - as I have been using a +950 LoH weapon in act 3 as a barb and find that healing to be just enough.
A 500 LoH weapon+300 LoH gem which costs 500k to make satisfy most of that.

A 680ish dps 1 hander with ~50vit with 500 Loh goes for ~500k.
A socketed 750 dps 200vit weapon sells for 500k, if you lower the vit to 150vit you can get up to 777dps.

Thus the weapon is worth a maximum of 1mil (500k weapon+500k gem). Realistically speaking I would pay no more than 700k for it.
