I know it has Vitality, but having no socket is the missing part. At least 12% life is better than that roll on Vitality. The all resistance roll isn't great either...
Maybe I'm basing it because I got a very cheap helm a few days ago. 756 armor, 170 Int, 79 allres, and a socket for 1 million,.
Is it because it's hard to find helms with high Dex rolls?

Well what I did was set the bid at 100 gold with no buyout and let the AH decide its value. When you set it for a 100 gold buyout, it quickly grabs many people's attentions and they set a bid on it. Throughout the 36 hours of the life of the helm on the AH, the people who initialy bid on it when it was 100 gold will always see it in the bid box. This will greatly increase the people bidding on your item and overall will make it sell for a good price. A really cool strategy if you ask me, got it from Trump's stream. You should check it out sometime.

Oh wow good idea... never thought of using the Bid option... I'll try it if I have a hard time selling something or if I can't set a value since can't compare it to similar items.

Still sounds like you got a good deal, but anything that is useable by dh is retardedly overpriced because of so many dh's in inferno. A wd helmet w/ similar stats compared to a dh helmet is 2-5k for the wd and 200-500k for the dh.

Attack speed, % damage and +damage, the rest depends on your stats so it isn't shown on the weapon.
