If you want do sell/resell (which you can make alot money), you need to know what to look for and what to buy. If you need help on alot stuff in this thread you probably shouldn't try to make money this way.
Some tips: Stick with ring/amulet since their pricing not as straightforward as weapon (which means less market inefficiency to take advantage of), and also can't be crafted so some person's craft binge won't totally ruin your day.
Look for stuff without b/o and nearly expires, or look for stuff with 1d11h+ left.

My advice is to play the game and progress until you reach inferno first. At low levels, stack primary stat + vit and get a good dps weapon with a socket (+ruby). You get enough gold from playing to game to progress with how cheap mid-tier items are going for atm.
The stuff you're buying are terrible. If you want to make money from flipping, you need to understand the needs of a specific class first. Then you know what items are in demand, and whether they are underpriced or not. So play the game and enjoy yourself!

I was wondering if anyone could chime in on if this is actually worth what the auction says it is. If I search for crit/as/mf and try to go through the results for anything with dex even ones as low as 30ish dex + similar stats are sh owing up as from 3m to 20m+++ not to mention the ones on the AH don't have quite as high +min dmg if any at all

dude. it has only 3 properties, search them up in the auction house filter...undercut by 15% and voila, you have your price.

pretty much like the last person said. the bonus to elites is nice to have but these affixes come at the cost of dps and 950 is not very high for a crossbow. also bonus to elites is not a popular fix ppl search for and considering how you need to seriously undercut prices to get anything moving in today's economy, i would just go with 4-5 mil.

So true about the undercutting. I had an offer for this glove for 50m, but he was too impatient and bought something else in the end. He was also rushing me to trade him the gloves in-game, but I've read about in-game trading scams, so I was afraid, and decided to put it up on the GAH to be 100% sure. Looking back, he was behaving like a scammer...
