Any chance you could screenshot and link here if it sells for over 1 million? I'm afraid I would normally be vendoring items like that, so if you manage to sell it for over 1 mill, I should probably stop doing that.

In that case go down with the stats. If you had searched for allres 60 int 150 vit 100 you would have found a very similar one (less allress, same stats, but more armor and a single resist) that is not selling for 20 million.
Generally having nearperfect rolls for defensive stats is not that important unless you roll max number of affixes as well, since they can always be compensated by an additional armor/strength/single resist/dexterity affix.

I'm no expert source appraiser but damn I think that thing is worth a fortune. High enough damage to make it not worthless, crit chance, mf, int, vit, AP on crit, all res. It's basically got it all. If I want sell it I would just put it for base value no b/o and let bidders decide.

Same thing happened to me with a 1200 dps heaven fist, when I put it up for 50mil to 100mil, no one bid, but when I let it bid up, it sold for over 70mil.

The reason for starting with base value rather than something like 10mil is that you don't expect it to sell for under 10mil anyway and base value would generate most bidder and have best shot at a bidding war.

But as I posted earlier I think it worth 20-50mil because lower dmg and low int, you can find a 350 max dmg demi lich with apoc cc 100+ int (which is alot more useful than the AR since int give you AR anyway) and mf for around 20mil, if you don't consider the color.

Or you can make a wizard and use it, it's a very sexy piece.

The thing is it's a fantastic oculus, but not a really spectacular source. In the last couple of days I have unsuccessfully tried to buy much better sources on EU (similar stats but 150+ int etc) The damage is only okish and int and vit are low for an uber source. If it was priced in the 20-30 mill range I'd probably buy it.

Im confused because there seems to be quite a few around the 250k range without any dex, but people are pricing boots with like 40 dex in the 5m+ bid range, with only one exception down at 2m

Dex on Nat boot is big money, but 30 dex is a bit too low. 1-2mil probably is fair for this.

Second highest DPS Inna's Justice on EU SC AH.

The closest buyoutable one is 753dps at 1.2m, and the only one higher than it in terms of DPS (813, 2.6% higher) is 1m bid, no buyout

Im freaking out a little, got a total of 6 sets/legendaries in all of my time playing (150-200hr) and 4 of those were in the last 4 hours helping a friend start out in Inferno. This + the Nats boots above might actuly sell for something worth mentioning o.o

The random stat is well rolled though, 5 out of ~150 have 700dps, and this has 792. It may be a shit weapon, but its a pretty decently rolled shit weapon i think
