Dear god if blizzard shutdown iccup i swear i will never buy any new game from them....
I just hope they bought iccup and gonna run it themselfs that would e awesome.... but blizzard is blizzard they will surely fuck us T.T

btw, iccup doesn't have 'free online copies' of SC for download on their site or anything? Or else Blizzard might use that to shut down iccup... I can't imagine the horror.

Man, I just started playing on ICCup. Only got one match in so far where I got dominated by a 300apm terran T.T. There goes most of my chances of getting good at the game if its down for good.

yeah, it was down in 11h CET already (thats 4h ago). the page worked, not dunno.
it will be interesting to see if unk and the staff are having a blast or blizzard really did something (i doubt)

I love amount of jumping to conclusions in this thread.
As the OP says, drama in coming, so lets discuss it when it actually arrives.
On the free copies of SC issue, I'm pretty sure they stopped that a while ago.

They do have free copies of starcraft, but they're only able to go on ICCup server, Euro, West etc all unavailable. Not sure if that makes any difference.

Yeah they did have free downloads of BW....
Can't log on to The Abyss just now...hope to god this is some maintenance and a joke by iCCup staff. If not I'm gonna be pissed.
God even the launcher redirects to Blizzard.com

This seems the most likely explanation to me.
"Why not?" was actually the first thing thought that popped into my head when it redirected to the Blizzard site.

They do, and i actually had that in my thumbdrive, so i pretty much can play everywhere lol..
