U are wrong. The recall was not all his army. It destroyed like 7 supply depot and 1 armoury which made froz unable to reproduce his Terran ball.

You do not understand what I meant. I was wondering why he didn't save those units with a recall after all that damage had been done. The explanation of the threat of an attack makes sense, thanks guys.

what would you rather do with an arbiter:
save 10 goons when you have like 12 gates and 4 bases, or stasis a bunch of tanks and take over mid?
also like people have already said, when you destroy the ARMORY (omg T_T) and like 5 or 6 supply depots it hurts the T so much. also, frozean wasn't paying attention enough and didn't scan so he lost his 2-3 tanks that were protecting that area.

yep, hwasin didn't really go sk properly with protecting his vessels, and it pretty much cost him the game. Don't want to take anything away from lux though, he played well.
