STX's team strikes me as a sniperish lineup. WL promotes dominating players that are good in all matchups. Unfortunately, not a single STX player is what you can say good at all of them except maybe for Kal, who has alright PvP but not to the level of his PvZ. He's just most likely slumping though looking at his recent past games.

July's ZvT isn't his best. The logical choice would've been Hwasin for 4th.

after kal lost...it was all over
what am I sayin`?! even if hiya would`ve lose the first game lecaf would`ve still won

And mech can be beaten? July played badly, lurkers? What went through his head when making that decision.

Well, I don't think his futile attempts to break the terran blob was part of a preconstructed BO he wanted to use against the ball. If you're going to send a zerg out on RH3, have a good BO, and July didn't have one from what I could read.

HiyA's background story: He's like fOrGG except better.

BIG flamebait right here.

Not my fault that HiyA actually wins in PL and fOrGG is just inconsistant.

Two WL matches don't prove consistency. Plus, fOrGG did beat HiyA 2-1 in a bo3 and hasn't done half bad in proleague this season himself.

Hiya is actually good, Canata never was. I don't know why everyone says hes so ugly. He is ugly, but not more than 60% of korean pro gamers. He isnt BAD.

He has to do something to delay the t or else he would lose anyway, Thats the Imba Z just can make any absolut any misstake July dident do anough damage and get totaly destroyed even if he would say, saved his Lurks and spend the money on Mutas I still dont see what he could have done. And apperently no Z does.

Mech>Lurkers, very dumb move. It wasn't mech's imba that showed here, it was RH3 that decided the game, IMO.

HiyA finished the previous round with 4 wins over Mind, Skyhigh (who happened to beat Leta right before that), Oversky, and Hwasin.

fOrGG finished the round similarly but winning over much worse opponents, Casy, Hyuk, Calm (not terrible but average), and Rock? and those wins over HiyA were a little over 3 months ago.

idrA knows however. And as he is in the system the ultimate anti-bo will spread over and mech tvz soon will be a forgotten bo.

fOrGG gets my Benefit of the Doubt.
Also, in the WL coaches usually send out the weaker players first to test the waters and HiyA has been sent out twice already. From their matches, the heirachy is JD>fOrGG>HiyA.
You neglected to mention HiyA's series against shuttle, which was...ugly. And his losses had nothing to do with maps (<-may be wrong on this point).

You're discrediting fOrGG for facing worse opponents? If you look at the whole season, he has a better proleague record and hasn't lost any matches that would make you stare in disbelief. HiyA is a very underrated player but that's a credit to him, not a detraction from his teammate.

I do admit HiyA's league play as of late was really really bad and what do you call sending Jaedong out in Lecaf's next match? Is Jaedong suddenly the weakest player ?

usually, usually, usually (see nested quote). I've never seen a team send out their definitive, no questions, 2nd best player. It's usually all (Sea, Jangbi) or nothing (HoOny, frozean).
