When you're that far into a tournament, think there is no excuse to be more flexible for players.
Especially if all they needed was less than a day.

yeah maybe,we are talking about adults,for example ytong has a baby and in the quarter finals vs america he needed like 40 minutes waiting for his wife to take care of the baby,u know what im saying ?

During the semifinals we have had an irregularity into slot2: Djem5[RU] vs [HU]non, game3, Chain Reaction.
The captain of RUSSIA. fuNny[RU] obs cheat, msging to Djem5 the builds/moves of the opponent.
We already have a rule in such situations: http://iccup.com/en/starcraft/sc_nl_rules
7. Nation War Procedures
7.6
Observers are permitted in Nation League only if both players agree on their presence; an exception are official iCCup Observers or Streamers/Casters, who must be admitted into any match they choose to observe or stream. Complaints about non-official observers are not valid.
11. Abuses and Punishments
11.2
Any player found abusing in any way will be permanent banned from the Nation League, in addition, the Nation War which was abused in will be counted as a loss for his Nation.
Premising that:
- it wasn't a regular NW, but a playoffs match
- [HU]non accepted the observer in game
- Djem5[RU] did not abuse
- fuNny[RU] cheated
RUSSIA will be penalized with -15% from own prize pool.
Administration can't tolerate any kind of fraud, moreover by the Leader of a team and in a semifinal.
Note: would be mannered and appreciated if Djem5[RU] left and re-game after seen the msg received. The unofficial admission has been appreciated though.

Well considering he seen all the messages and didn`t even bother even to type /dnd tells much about the situation. In my eyes he`s just as guilty as the other. And this is just one game, it`s quite possible (seeing for what bos he has been opting for) it happened in the other 2 games too.

Cheating by the team leader in an official match. I think this is a very light punishment you are giving them. The only correct thing for Djem5 to do was to alert his opponent about this. He did nothing, not that innocent it seems.

Foreign BW is now a really small community, if we start having trust issues on the leaders of national teams...
I think at least Funny should be banned from being TL for Russia and the match should be given to Non, making it 2-0 for EU with the possibility to win the 2v2 with the players who were available...
Am I missing something? only taking a 15% of a price that they accessed cheating seems like a really light punishment to me.
Just to state how this semifinals went: Russia didn't accept any rescheduling, which is quite BM at this stage even if "legal", then went on and cheated on the decisive game that could give EU a chance... they are still advancing to the finals without any major punishment :/

Nothing new if you seen them play. Just lucky they weren't sitting next to each other like they're used to and type instead of talking.
