I believe the 'crime' of misquoting someone would be slander? Correct me if I am wrong, I know nothing of the judicial system, but IIRC calling someone a

He was obviously quoting you for comedic effect, your post was clearly visible, still there for everyone to see.

The REASON he did this, is because you replied to a SARCASTIC remark, and offered to 'bet him 500 dollars' that he was wrong, also told him that he was 'talking out of his ass.'

Some other things:
Saying you are 'more funnier' than someone will never get you anywhere.

NOONE CARES if you are a celebrity. (Which I highly doubt BTW)
It seems to me like you have major self-esteem issues and that you get off, so to speak, by telling everyone on the internet that you have a bigshot lawyer, and that you are a rock guitarist.
