Courage wins 4:2 Replays should be available on http://dratl.us.pn/ There was also a misunderstanding / cheating situation involved in Set 5: L_Master vs SniperTerran. [BB]KaiGreene was observing and gave L_Master advice on the game inside the game. L_Master told us this personally in channel after the game. We assume L_Master was too annoyed and distracted by the game to tell him to stop. [BB]KaiGreene explained that he did not know this was cheating and that it was common in games with his clan, presumably practice. We've explained the situation to Chrisolo and he told us a punishment will be forthcoming. | ||

Lmaster sure as hell should know its cheating, and should have told him to stop. | ||

Yea, I'm not exactly sure why he ever thought that would have acceptable in any situation involving competitive matches. He didn't really start until about midgame, at which point there isn't much you can do when your involved in battles and busy with full scale play. I did the best I could under the circumstances, which was to immediately inform SniperTerran and Courage about what had happened. Unfortunately it looks bad either way. Either you wait till the end which isn't great, or you take time to tell Kai that he needs to stop, but then you get massively rolled in the battle only to say "we'll actually I wasn't trying because I was busy telling a teammate to stop"...which also looks sketch as hell. | ||

Probably would have been the best option in hindsight, but anytime your involved in engagements is hard and obviously very distracting to pause. I agree that would have been the best decision though, but when your busy trying to play at 9000 mph you don't necessarily think things through correctly. | ||
